Friday June 19 '81 Dot, Joe, Ron, Vee Here is what I believe is the final (next-to-final?) statement on the sale of 244-87 St, as best I can calculate it. I hope it's understandable to all. If I have erred, or omitted anything, please get in touch soon (quickly!). You will not that the investment and "fixup" expenses (Joe gave me the bills, which I will return to him if he wants them) have been charged to "us", as I did not know where else such costs would come from. Also, my Scotia lawyer's bill is my best estimate, according to discussion with him last fall. If it should be less or more we can straighten that out. I understand Gen is anxious to get her share. So, if you agree with enclosed statement, start mailing checks. When the ones for Ge (payable to me) have cleared, I'll send Mom a cashier's check for $12360.90, which Ron can assure she deposits as she wishes. Tax info will come later. Regards, Frank.
