Dear Friends - your card received, I had been thinking of y ou all for many days, but my typo went amiss and must get it fixed before I can use it. I like, on a Christmas, to go back on the trodden road and let memory linger on Old Places and Old faces of yore - I wish I could see you all and may next summer. I am pretty well for a young fellow, who has just past his 76th birthday. I am happy and content. I stay up here 5 months and on April 1st go back to Rock Glen, NY. God be with you all till we meet again '33 lovingly Doc McGowan, PS what has happened the Toretch[?] family I heard some of them are dead?
