Dear Friend - I had a letter from Janison Monday, saying the place has a tenant who may be a prospective buyer, so we will wait a bit and see what comes of it. He has put repairs amounting to $40.00 in papering and painting, etc. You might, as buyer, sometime look inside, I want to sell and get it off my hands, it will be a constand source of something to repair. Call on Madona and see what he says - I have been told that houses sold to former occupant for $800 she paid all buy my mortgage. Well we'll wait a bit and see.
